Refunds and Returns
The client may exercise his right of withdrawal as long as
- The piece has not been opened or broken; nor its warranty seals.
- The period of 15 calendar days - since order reception by the customer - established by the current legislation for this purpose has not expired.
- The client must pay the shipping costs of any return. Having the right to receive a 100% refund of the order amount.
If you wish to return a product
- Send the purchased product in the same conditions, without damage and in the original packaging with all its contents.
- Attach to the package a written statement in which you express your desire to return the product, as well as the account number so that the payment can be refunded, in the event that the purchase was made by bank transfer.
- Within 2 business days after receiving your package we will check the status of the returned product (no signs of use, not damaged and in the original packaging with all its contents).
- When there is no reason why we cannot move forward, we will send a notification to your email address informing you that the product has been returned successfully. Then we will proceed to return 100% of the order amount.
If your attempt to return a product is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), we will send you a notification that the return of the product has not been accepted. We will then send the product back to the indicated address within 7 business days, with postage costs paid by us.
