The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between Reparación ABS and the user or client, in accordance with the legal provisions, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, about General Contract Conditions, the Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, to Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, which regulates the Contracting Telephone or Electronics with general conditions, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15 on Retail Trade Management, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
Reparación ABS reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through their websites, by any form admissible by law and will be mandatory during the time they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, Reparación ABS reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Particular Contract Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when deemed appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.
The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal. As a user or client, you expressly acknowledge, understand and accept the terms of use and these general contracting conditions. In the same way, the client declares to be of legal age and have the legal capacity and necessary work to access the websites of Reparación ABS and the contracting through them.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, Reparación ABS informs users that the personal data collected during the registration and subsequent purchase process will be entered into a file under their responsibility, with the purpose of processing said actions by the user and managing subsequent actions derived from them. As long as you do not tell us otherwise, we will understand that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any variation and that we have the consent to use them in order to be able to retain the relationship between the parties.

The customer, upon receiving the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or copy of the order.
Offer and validity

In compliance with current regulations, Reparación ABS offers information on all items for sale, their characteristics and prices. However, Reparación ABS reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing the content of it. In this way, the products offered at any time by the web will be governed by the General Contract Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the power to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.
Essential characteristics of the products
The products offered in our online store, incorporate a photograph and the essential characteristics of it. The photographs of the products are indicative and the content may vary with respect to these.
Guarantee
All the products offered on the website enjoy the commercial guarantee of the supplier. Reparación ABS has an after-sales service and, while the warranty is in force, the customer can execute it by sending an email to info@ecucore.com. The guarantees granted are those that each manufacturer has established. This warranty covers the repair, replacement or payment of the damaged item, provided that the damage suffered is attributable to manufacturing faults.
Defects or damage due to improper use or manipulation of the material or wear caused by normal use of the material are not included in the guarantees.
The losses in the functionality of the items, due to the limitations of their conception, are also excluded from the warranty coverage. As well as installation by unskilled personnel.
Prices
All products indicate the sale price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). The final purchase price shows the final price of the purchase, indicating the amount corresponding to the taxes applied. If any other tax is applicable, this would be indicated.
Shipping and Transportation
Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer and will be indicated separately on the order form and invoice.
All purchases will be delivered by courier service from Monday to Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays, as soon as two business days following the confirmation of acceptance of the order proposal, based on the indicated availability. Reparación ABS will not be responsible for delays that are unpredictable and / or that are attributed exclusively to the Courier Company.
For security reasons, products purchased through the Website will be delivered exclusively to the address expressly identified by the Customer in the purchase process. The signature of the Client or a designated adult, over 18 years of age, will be required at the time of delivery. Reparación ABS will not deliver to PO boxes.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the deliveries of the products will be carried out once Reparación ABS receives the full amount of the transfer.
The Client or his designated representative must be present at the delivery address indicated in the order. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier Company, the Client will be obliged to verify:
- That the number of items delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note.
- That the packaging and its seals are intact and in good condition, not altered in any way. Any damage to the delivery package and / or the product, or discrepancies in the number of items or documentation, must be immediately indicated in writing on the delivery note of the courier.
Once the document of the Courier Company has been signed and no objection has been raised by the Client, he may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the package delivered.
Payment methods and order execution
The customer may pay the amount of his order by choosing any of the following ways. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice.
Credit or debit card
All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank data are performed using a secure environment, a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit travels encrypted through the network.
Likewise, the data on your credit card are entered directly on the bank's website, in the POS (Point of Sale of the Bank Terminal) and are not entered or registered on any server of Reparación ABS.
When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and re-credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had been effectively made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, that will remain liable to Reparación ABS to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.
Bank transfer
When selecting bank transfer you will receive, together with the confirmation of your order, the bank details of Reparación ABS.
It is very important that, when making the transfer, the client indicates in the subject the order number, as well as his name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the date of confirmation of the order to be able to validate it. Proof of the transfer can be sent by email to info@ventacentralitas.es. In any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has bank confirmation of the transfer.
As a reminder, the payment has to be made in EUROS and all possible exchange and bank fees will be the client's responsibility.
In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that, when ordering the transfer, the bank is always notified to take charge of the commissions at source, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to the client's entity. Otherwise, Reparación ABS could stop shipping the order by not receiving the full amount.
Possible exchange and bank fees are borne by the customer.
Reparación ABS is commited to deliver the order within a maximum of thirty days from the day following the formalization of the order.
The availability of the products offered by Reparación ABS may vary depending on customer demand. Although Reparación ABS updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be sold out at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, Reparación ABS , at the time it becomes aware of this situation, will notify the customer, via email. The period of this communication will not exceed the maximum period of 30 days. Reparación ABS may give the double option of: supplying the customer without a price increase, a product with similar or superior quality characteristics, or, except for justified and demonstrable reasons by Reparación ABS , within this same period, pay the sums paid by the cancelled order. In the event that Reparación ABS does not make this payment within the indicated period, the buyer may claim to be paid twice the amount due, without prejudice to his right to be compensated.

Jurisdiction
Reparación ABS reserves the right to file the civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents or for breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by current regulations applicable in the Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
